Junior Dean

Two graduate Junior Deans assist the Senior Welfare Team, Student Conduct Officer, Lodge team, and other College Officers in student welfare and minor disciplinary matters. The role is part of the residential community with responsibility for supporting a positive atmosphere at College. Junior Deans work three terms (Michaelmas to Trinity) with possibility of renewal.

• Assist the Senior Welfare Team with student welfare matters
• Assist the Student Conduct Officer in handling disciplinary issues
• Work with the Lodge team on college operations
• Support a positive atmosphere at the College
• Show mature conduct and good judgment in all interactions
• Demonstrate reliability in fulfilling duties

Must be currently enrolled on a full-time graduate research course at the University of Oxford. Role is not open to Postdocs or couples.
